A must read for everyone.
I picked up this little essay because I wanted an entry point into Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie’s writing. I am so pleased I did- I feel not much can be said because you should go into it blind. It’s so short and snappy and makes you think long after the last page.
I felt annoyed, sad, ashamed and empowered throughout this book. We should all be Feminists is a read that is true to its title. Your mother, sister, brother, father, husband or wife – we should all embrace the true meaning of feminism – and Adichie couldn’t of hit the nail on the head any harder.
